If you have your purchase done through your account or as a customer-guest, data about the purchase (such as name and surname, address, payment information, data about products) will, based on commitments from the tax and trade legislation, be kept 11 years. Keeping begins on 01.01. in the year following the year of purchase, and expires after 11 years. Data is accordingly deleted after the expiry of the deadline. Forwarding payment information takes place primarily for payment processing and for the purposes prescribed by law, such as anti-money laundering and criminal prosecution. The legal basis for data processing: Article 6, paragraph 1 b) of the GDPR for the verification and processing of your payment to us as a distributor. After processing of the payment, your information will be stored in accordance with the legal deadlines to keep, and then delete Article 6, paragraph 1 b) (see above), c) of the GDPR.
If you in our online shop order products with delivery to your home address, to your e-mail address or phone number, you'll receive an order confirmation and shipping as well as information of the companies DHL or GLS, as a package delivery service provider, on the possible terms and options of delivery and the amount of order that, in the case of selecting payment on delivery, you pay to them at the address specified in the order.
