Product return 

How can I return the ordered items?
You can, of course, return products that you do not want to keep. The cost of sending the return product is borne by the buyer.
The amount paid for the returned product will be refunded to you. The following refund options are available:

How to make a refund:

1. Everything related to the return as well as the return form can be found here. Use the Refund Form for the order you want to return.
2. Indicate on the Return Form the reason for the return of the product in question.
3. Contact our customer service at info@gigimigi.eu to arrange a refund. 
4. Pack the product together with the Return Form and all accompanying documents that came in the package with the product in a tightly closed shipping box and send to our address GIGIMIGI d.o.o., Remetnjak 12, Mavrinci, 51219 Čavle, Croatia.

You can return the ordered products within 14 days.
