"My Account" terms and conditions
Below we want to inform you about what information we collect about you when you open an account on our website called "My Account".
Terms of use
These are the Terms of Use of your online user account (hereinafter "My Account") with the company GIGIMIGI d.o.o., Remetnjak 12, Mavrinci, 51219 Čavle, Croatia (hereinafter: Gigimigi).

When registering and using the ‘My Account’ option and other services, certain rules need to be followed. The invoice is aimed at customers in Croatia, ‘My Account’ invoice is made available to customers residing worldwide in the same way and under the same conditions based on the Geoblocking Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2018/302); the same is true for customers residing in Switzerland.
For the sake of better readability and comprehensibility, we do not use gender-sensitive language in the following text.
By registering and using the ‘My Account’ option, as well as other services provided by Gigimigi, you accept the following Terms of Use:
„My Account“
You can register with us for ‘My Account’. ‘My Account’ is your own private space and offers you a complete shopping experience tailored to your needs. This includes, for example, product recommendations and newsletters (if you give or have already given your consent), information about Gigimigi products you visit and other Gigimigi services, such as My Wish List and My Products.
In particular, "My Account" gives you the following options
- quick and easy ordering with email address and password
- manage your personal information such as address, email address and password
- account management in general
- view all orders and order status
- use of services in general, e.g. "My products", "My wish list", etc.
In order to be able to offer you this complete, personalized service, we collect and process your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1.b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: the “GDPR”).
The following information is used: information you have entered, e.g. name, surname, e-mail address and, for orders, also the address for delivery and / or payment, telephone number, information on payment methods. We also use your information when you communicate with us through the website and get in touch with us (site visits, handling purchasing / searching). These interactions are assigned to you and linked to the above information in order to get to know you even better for the purpose of providing a personalized service.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to offer a separate selection of cookie settings to registered customers logged in to My Account. Therefore, as soon as you log in to your 'My Account', the selection of your cookie settings adjusts to the 'My Account' settings. You can permanently deactivate the cookies that Gigimigi uses for ‘My Account’ (except for technical cookies). Deactivation may make it impossible to use certain functions, such as participating in a prize draw. You can find more information in our Privacy Statement. Privacy Policy.
If you delete your ‘My Account’, we will immediately anonymize your personal information. If you made a purchase through your account, information about that purchase will be kept for eleven (11) years based on obligations arising from tax and commercial law. Validity life starts on 01.01. that year following the year of purchase and ending eleven (11) years later. The data will be deleted accordingly after the expiration of this period.
Registration
‘My Account’ contains the personal data of an individual, registered name and surname. Therefore, registration must be performed before use. The user must fill in the required fields in the online form with true data. It is not allowed to state the names or addresses or pseudonyms of third parties. After entering all the data, the user receives an e-mail with an activation link. Confirming this link activates ‘My Account’ and the user can use it by entering their access data (e-mail address and password).
Persons who have reached the age of 18 can register. Only one "My Account" is allowed per user.
Usage
Registered users may not pass on data such as username and / or password to third parties. The user must keep the data necessary for use so that third parties cannot access them, and protect them from unauthorized access. If the user finds out that his login details have been misused, he is obliged to inform Gigimigi immediately so that he can take appropriate measures.
The user is responsible for the misuse of his login details. This applies in particular to the unauthorized forwarding and careless storage of login data that allows for misuse.
The user guarantees that he will not use any software or program that would change or disrupt the function or availability of his account or service (such as attempted hacking, brute force attacks, use or sending of spyware, viruses and worms). If the user receives messages or instructions from Gigimigi regarding the use of account functions or services, the user must comply with them.
Gigimigi provides users with "My Account" free of charge for an indefinite period of time, but reserves the right to disable individual users from registering or using at any time without giving reasons, or completely cancel or change Gigimigi.eu or "My Account" account or individual services.
Responsibility
Gigimigi is not responsible for the continued availability of the Gigimigi.eu website and services as well as the Gigimigi.eu-related site.
The contents of the website and services have been developed with great care. Any liability in connection with the use of accounts and services is excluded. This applies to damages caused by software deficiencies and to indirect damages, consequential damages and lost profits.
This exclusion does not apply to damage to the body, life and health and to liability under the Product Liability Act and to breach of basic contractual obligations.
For breaches of essential contractual obligations caused by minor negligence, Gigimigi is liable only for foreseeable, typical contract damage. Important obligations are those violations that jeopardize the achievement of the purpose of the contract or only the fulfillment of which allows the proper execution of the contract and the respect of which you regularly rely.
Change My Account, Services, and Terms of Use
Gigimigi may at any time (also unilaterally) change the functions of Gigimigi.eu, 'My Account', Gigimigi Services and Products and the Terms of Purchase to take into account the case law of the highest courts and changes in the law after the conclusion of the contract between service and counter-service or lack of regulation. Gigimigi may offer, modify, discontinue or discontinue new features / services at any time. Gigimigi may also terminate the ‘My Account’ account altogether.
The user will be able to see the new Terms of Purchase on the website.
In the event of an objection, the user account will be deleted two (2) weeks after the expiration of the objection period and the termination of the user agreement. Deleting your account automatically terminates your participation in other Gigimigi services.
Delete and terminate
Gigimigi may delete the user's account and terminate the user agreement or terminate the user's participation in the service if the user violates these General Terms of Online Purchase or if there are other justified reasons by Gigimigi (e.g. reasonable suspicion of manipulation, e.g. multiple registrations). If Gigimigi has deleted a user's account and / or terminated participation in one or more services, the user may not log in again without Gigimigi's express consent.
Deletion of your account and / or termination of one or more services by users is possible at any time.
The consequence of deleting your account is the inability to use other services, which includes the loss of your coupons.

b) Rights of respondents
You have the right:
- in accordance with Art. 15. of GDPR to request information on personal data relating to you, which we process. In particular, you can request information on processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of the recipients whose data is revealed, or will be revealed, the planned keeping time, right to correction, deletion, constraining the processing or appeal, right to appeal, right to the origin of data weren't collected by us, as well as existence of automatized decision-making, including the production of profiles and, if applicable, meaningful information on the details of the profile.
- in accordance with Art. 16. GDPR promptly request a correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data relating to you and which are stored by us
- in accordance with Art. 17. GDPR request a deletion of the stored personal data by us that relate to you, unless processing is not necessary for the purpose of exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligation due to the public interest or due to the exercise, execution or defense of legal requirements
- in accordance with Art. 18. GDPR require the restriction of personal data processing if you dispute the accuracy of data, if processing is illegal, but you disapprove its deletion, where the data is no longer needed to us, but they are needed to you to carry out, execute or defend legal requirements or you are in accordance with Art. 21. of GDPR invested in an objection to processing
- in accordance with Art. 20. GDPR to obtain personal information that relates to you, which you submitted to us, in a structured, common and machine-readable format or request that they are transferred to another data processing officer
- in accordance with Art. 7. st. 3. GDPR at any time to the consent you gave. Due to that in the future, we must no longer implement processing of data that is based on that privileges
- in accordance with Art. 77. GDPR submit a complaint to the supervisory body.
